1. About SG Home Food

SG Home Food helps people find home cooks and bakers of every cuisine across Singapore. Sellers show their stall, their food and how to order from them. We don't make, sell or deliver any food.

2. Who is responsible for what

• Each seller runs their own home business. The seller is responsible for their food, and for following the rules for home food businesses, including the rules from SFA, HDB and URA.
• When you order, you're ordering from the seller, not from SG Home Food.
• We're responsible for this website and app, and for the personal details we collect (see our Privacy notice).

3. For sellers

Before a stall can appear on the app, the seller must read our Seller Agreement and tap "I acknowledge and agree". It has two parts:

• A reminder of the main rules for home food businesses, with links to the official pages. The seller confirms they understand that following these rules is their responsibility.
• Our rules for what can go on the app: only the food allowed here (see section 5), true food information, real photos of their own food, no fake or paid reviews, and using customers' details only for their orders.

We may pause or remove a stall that breaks our rules.

4. Food information

Halal information, pork, vegetarian and allergen information comes from the seller, and the app shows it as "Declared by seller". We don't check it. If you have an allergy or a food need, please ask the seller before you order.

5. What can't be sold on the app

• catering and buffets
• ready-to-eat raw seafood, such as sashimi or raw oysters
• alcoholic drinks
• anything else that's against the law

6. Ordering and payments

SG Home Food doesn't take orders or payments. When you tap "Order now", you chat with the seller on WhatsApp, and you agree on the order, price, payment, and pickup or delivery with them directly.

If this changes, we'll update these Terms first.
